My name is Tina, I am highly skilled at problem solving and creating strategies to support you in attaining your life time goals. I have 26 years experience in this role and would love to support you.
I was office based working for a large Insurance company. I started as their receptionist and worked up to PA . I changed my career when one of my children needed a little more support. I enjoyed a full and active childcare career with my Husband with us always achieving Ofsted Outstanding for our work with children and families.
Family support was a large part of our service. Enabling Parents to achieve their family balance with their beautiful children and to maximise the quaity of the time they spent together.
I trained as a Life coach and Mindfulness Practitioner to enable clients to achieve their maximum potential, create an excellent work/life balance. My Clients vary from advice for simple parenting solutions to complex and ongoing support for complex family situations and mentoring highly motivated skilled people to achieve their goals and create an excellent work/life balance.

Tina cared for our three daughters for a number of years. Our first daughter was trusted to her care from the age of ten weeks. Then we had twins, who were also trusted to Tina's care once I went back to work after about six months. The twins were born very prematurely, at 28 weeks, so they were both very small, and Beatrice suffered severe brain damage before they were born. This presented us all, including Tina, with an enormous care challenge. Tina embraced this situation with great compassion and enthusiasm. Her work with all three girls was outstanding, as was her support for my husband and myself. She always treated all three girls fairly, gave them the attention they required & made considerable efforts to explore how best to provide for Beatrice's special needs, and dealing calming with her medical requirements and appointments.
Tina applies herself to all aspects of childcare with great energy and compassion, but also with considerable intelligence and thoughtfulness, mindful of the children's individual needs and the context of their life experiences. She connects with the whole family at a very personal level, with genuine concern to do what she can to help.
Her care of all three girls was of the highest possible standard. Its a credit to her that the two living girls, now in their twenties, still refer to her as Aunty Tina, and look forward to seeing her when they are home. Indeed the two families have retained very strong bonds of friendship and Tina was an enormous support when Beatrice sadly passed away just over ten years ago. She did not hesitate to provide personal support to the whole of our family at this awful time of bereavement, including creating albums of photos for her sisters which are much treasured.
Tina is a very calm, caring person, who is completely non judgmental and easy to talk to. She has a lot of experience in dealing with emotional issues and offers helpful advice as well as providing practical techniques and tools for overcoming personal problems. She has helped me to find confidence in myself and to not be so anxious about the world around me. I'm really grateful.
